Book of Otter: Sources of Sin

Most of your sin and your silence comes from fear and self-hatred.
That's alright.
You should know though that you make it worse when you lie in the dark begging God to change you.
Ask once every day.
That's enough. A little faith is better than all your agony.
The more you dwell on it, the more power it has: its power is in your fear and your guilt.
Now think for awhile about something you would like to learn, or do, or make.
Lie down in the dark and believe that in the morning, that is what you will learn, or do, or make. Then sleep. Wake up, remember, and choose to be new.
